"تشجع الهيئة الباحثين المنتمين إليه والمتعاونين معه على النشر في الدوريات العلمية وأوعية النشر ذات المكانة المرموقة في مجالها سواء من المتخصصة في الاختبارات والقياس أو في المجالات العلمية ذات العلاقة، ويهدف إلى الإسهام في التراكم المعرفي العالمي من خلال مشاركة المجتمع العلمي بعض ما يجريه باحثو المركز والمتعاونون معه من بحوث ودراسات أساسية أو تطبيقية تقدم منهجيات علمية جديدة طبقت في الهيئة وثبت فعاليتها، ويأتي نشرها في إطار المسؤولية المجتمعية العلمية من جانب وسعي الهيئة​ لتبوء  مكانة علمية عالمية في مجال اختصاصه(الاختبارات والقياس) من جانب آخر، كما أن النشر العالمي يمثل فرصة للوصول إلى أكبر عدد ممكن من المتخصصين حول العالم والحصول على التغذية العلمية الراجعة على أوسع نطاق".​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
